Can you remove clothing from any Pullip doll?
I'm looking into buying a doll, and one of my options is a collabo version, of a character in a manga/anime. What are the odds that I will be able to remove the clothing, if/when I want to make other clothes for her? (Obviously I could always cut the clothing away, but even thinking of such a thing makes my head hurt).
Basically, I guess I'm asking: what are the odds that on these cheaper, collaboration dolls (as opposed to, say a customized Volks doll), the clothing is meant to be permanent?
Well, I own several Pullip dolls and I've never known of a regular sized Pullip doll where you couldn't remove and change their clothing. I can do that on all of mine. The fact that their arms & legs can be pulled out and pushed back in helps a bit when changing their clothes (and occasionally hinders the process! LOL). I am not sure about the mini Pullip dolls because I have never owned one, but I would think you could change their clothing also. If still in doubt, you can call the toll free number of a doll shop that carries them and ask directly about a specific doll.
